Cloud CMA Legacy Cloud CMA Real Estate Property Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2011 2011
In 2011, Midwest Real Estate Data integrated Cloud CMA into its connectMLS offering to extend comparative market analysis tools to members. Cloud CMA, a Real Estate Property Management application, was licensed to give Chicago area agents the ability to generate comparative market analyses, buyer tours and property reports directly inside MLS workflows. The implementation exposed Cloud CMA document generation and report templates as part of agent workflows, enabling automated CMA creation, buyer tour itineraries and branded property reports. Configuration work focused on embedding report templates and MLS listing data into Cloud CMA templates to preserve listing fidelity and agent branding within delivered reports. Operationally the rollout targeted Chicago area brokers and agents across MRED membership, granting access to roughly 40,000 members under the 2011 licensing arrangement. Business functions impacted included listing presentation preparation, client marketing communications and field agent workflow efficiency within MLS driven sales processes. Governance centered on membership licensing and access control through MRED connectMLS, with Cloud CMA enabled at the MLS workflow level rather than as a standalone desktop tool. The 2011 deployment provided Cloud CMA access to MRED’s membership and improved agents' listing presentations and client marketing outcomes in the region.
