The Office Manager reported using the EmploymentHero application to input leave and to assist payroll with leave-related entries, indicating the system was used for day to day leave capture and approval routing consistent with Absence and Leave Management functionality. Operationally the EmploymentHero Employee Leave Management implementation was used alongside Traffio for crew scheduling, StaffD for onboarding and compliance checks, XERO for invoicing workflows, Approval Max for purchase approvals, and MEX for field job reporting, with the Office Manager and payroll team coordinating leave data across those functions. Governance centered on manager review and approval of timesheets and leave, payroll reconciliation of leave inputs, and administrative support for crew scheduling and project managers, embedding leave administration into existing HR, payroll, accounts, and operations processes.
