Acumatica Legacy Acumatica Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, MiiR implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP as its central ERP/OMS powering distribution operations from its Marysville, Washington fulfillment center. Acumatica Cloud ERP is deployed as an ERP Financial solution to manage inventory, order management, receiving and fulfillment across wholesale, B2B, direct to consumer, samples, and donation order streams. The deployment supports a 35,000 square foot warehouse with over 400 SKUs and weekly averages of 8,000 units received, 800 direct to consumer shipments, and 60 wholesale/B2B shipments. Functional configuration centered on inventory management, order orchestration, receiving workflows, customs documentation generation, and SLA tracking and reporting. Acumatica Cloud ERP was the single system of record used to coordinate customer portal interactions, direct customer communications, and regular exchanges with third party logistics warehouses and overseas suppliers. The implementation also centralized reporting to the executive leadership team to enable consolidated product performance and planning conversations. Operational governance was single threaded through the Warehouse Operations Manager who maintained cross functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams and managed a seven person warehouse crew. Process controls included documented fulfillment workflows, annual inventory counts with shrinkage below 0.05 percent, and SLA monitoring that reduced lead times from two to three days down to one to two days. The configuration emphasizes order type segmentation, customs paperwork processing, and continuous identification of bottlenecks for process improvement.
