The project went live in 2024 and delivered a centralized single-window governance model that restructured approval and service workflows while enhancing process automation and transparency as reported. Governance changes included standardized intake workflows and role based access for departmental case ownership, enabling the Ministry to operate citizen service processes through the Rahkar Pouya CRM platform.
