Integrations were focused on ADFS driven federated identity between Hennepin County Information Technology Department, Fourth Judicial District Information Technology Department, and the State Court Administrator Office Information Technology Division, with configuration work to replace DMZ user accounts with SSO credentials where appropriate and to define access control security impacts. The project manager role included facilitating security decisions, coordinating authentication token trust relationships, and aligning business workflows for online meetings and shared calendaring across the participating entities.
Governance and rollout followed the SOW deliverable set, including Project Request Form, Project Definition Document, Project Charter, Project SharePoint Site, Project Governance Documentation, Work Breakdown Structure, Issue and Risk Tracking, Communication and Change Request processes, test plans, training plans, status reporting, and a Project Closeout Report. Milestones were defined with Project Definition and Initiation expected within 2 to 4 weeks, Project Plans within 6 to 8 weeks, and execution and closure to be negotiated, with the contract anticipated to start July 3, 2017 and run through June 30, 2018 with an option to extend, resourcing at approximately 15 to 25 hours per week on site at Hennepin County District Court C 12.
