In 2020, MJM Furniture implemented Apple Pay on its website as an online checkout payment option, aligning the deployment with the Payment Processing category. Apple Pay is configured to surface as a browser-based payment method, leveraging tokenized card credentials and the Apple Pay payment session model to capture customer payments during e-commerce checkout.
The deployment uses a client-side Apple Pay integration embedded in the storefront checkout flow together with server-side endpoints that accept payment tokens and relay authorization requests to the merchant payment processor via secure APIs. Operational scope is focused on the company website and the online retail checkout business function, with integration points into order management and finance workflows to record payment authorization and settlement. Governance covers Apple merchant registration and certificate management, merchant validation steps in the checkout flow, and maintaining PCI-conscious server handling of payment tokens.

| Aralco | Legacy | Aralco Point of Sale | Point Of Sale | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2000 | 2000 |
In 2000, MJM Furniture implemented Aralco Point of Sale to provide a solid Point of Sale capability and real-time inventory control for its two retail stores. At the time the retailer had only its accounting system automated, and the Aralco Point of Sale deployment was chosen to close the gap in transactional sales processing and inventory visibility across store locations.
The Aralco Point of Sale implementation focused on core Point of Sale functionality including transactional cashiering, SKU-level inventory tracking, price lookup and receipt processing, and session-level sales reporting. Configuration emphasized real-time inventory updates so stock on hand reflected sales activity immediately, supporting standard retail workflows such as returns, price adjustments, and reservation of floor stock for customers.
Operationally the solution was rolled out across both stores in the fall of 2000, centralizing inventory records to improve store-to-store stock visibility and aligning store operations with merchandising and replenishment processes. Rollout activities included point-of-sale terminal configuration, staff training on cashier and inventory workflows, and establishment of inventory control procedures to govern counting and stock movement, with the accounting environment remaining the firms automated financial backbone.
