The system drove manager wise and zone wise sales reporting and provided controls used to cross check custom duties and sales prices for Super Stockiest and distributors. Governance and process controls were institutionalized through the ERP manager function, which enforced NAV setups, GL configurations and provided functional support for AP, AR and GST during daily operations. Regular procedures included physical inventory audits, FIFO enforcement and reconciliations executed from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to maintain financial and supply chain record integrity.
