Mohawk Medbuy scheduled a one month post go-live engagement with Basware's Business Consulting Team, led by Andrew Dos Santos, to accelerate stabilization. The consulting team worked onsite for one week with the AP Center to develop daily action plans and a summary of short-term and long-term goals to set the operation on a path for success, aligning governance and operational workflows to the new AP Automation platform.
