In 2022 Money Mart Canada implemented OnX Cloud in the Application Hosting and Computing Services category as part of a digital workplace and network modernization across its retail estate in Canada. The deployment targeted improvements in voice quality, bandwidth capacity, and cloud application performance to support in-store operations and customer-facing services.
OnX implemented Cisco Meraki NaaS and VMware SD-WAN as the core network components within the OnX Cloud deployment, configured as a co-managed SD-WAN and cloud networking solution. Functional capabilities emphasized centralized network provisioning and visibility, SD-WAN routing and service orchestration, and NaaS-managed edge connectivity to prioritize voice and cloud application traffic.
The implementation spanned Money Mart retail locations in Canada and included 24x7 operational support and enhanced carrier SLA enforcement to improve incident response and uptime. Governance was organized around a co-management model between Money Mart and OnX Canada, which centralized network monitoring and enforcement workflows to elevate network visibility and to directly support customer and in-store employee experience.
