In 2021 Moody Price implemented Amazon Pay as its online payment method and integrated Amazon Pay into the company website checkout flow. The Amazon Pay integration is implemented as a web commerce payment solution within the Payment Processing category, combining client JavaScript widgets with server side API calls to handle payment authorization, buyer authentication, and tokenization consistent with merchant wallet integrations.
Operational scope is focused on Moody Price's ecommerce channel, supporting online sales, customer support inquiry handling, and finance reconciliation processes tied to transactions processed via Amazon Pay. The deployment follows standard Amazon Pay patterns with a visible checkout button and hosted payment experience, API driven transaction handling for authorization and capture, and technical configuration concentrated on the website checkout pages and secure server side transaction endpoints.

| Epicor | Legacy | Epicor Prophet 21 | Distribution ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Moody Price deployed Epicor Prophet 21 as its Distribution ERP and initiated an integrated commerce and ERP architecture to address siloed data between its Magento storefront and P21 system. The project included a migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2 Community edition, with Epicor Prophet 21 serving as the transactional backbone for orders, inventory, pricing, and customer records.
The implementation configured Epicor Prophet 21 to support a set of orchestration use cases executed through DCKAP Integrator, including Customer Sync from Epicor P21 to Magento, Products Sync from Epicor P21 to Magento, Inventory Sync from Epicor P21 to Magento, Order Status Sync from Epicor P21 to Magento, Offline Orders Sync from Epicor P21 to Magento, and Online Orders Sync from Magento to Epicor P21. Enhancements delivered alongside these core syncs included a dynamic pricing solution tied to customer segmentation, personalized quote presentation with accept or reject workflows, scheduled calls to push pricing changes, and a customer tax document upload flow to enable tax exemption handling.
The deployed architecture used DCKAP Integrator as middleware to orchestrate bi directional data flows between Magento 2 and Epicor Prophet 21, and DCKAP PIM as a centralized product information management layer to maintain extensive product records, category management, bulk edit operations, multi language support, and one click import export of product data. Operational scope covered eCommerce storefront operations, order management, inventory management, and pricing workflows across Moody Price business processes, aligning storefront product and inventory visibility with the ERP master data.
Governance and process changes included automated quote acceptance notifications that send emails to administrators and customers, scheduled synchronization routines for pricing and inventory, and elimination of manual data transfers through the integrator. The migration produced a responsive Magento 2 storefront and removed the manual synchronization burden between the commerce and Distribution ERP environments.

In 2019, Moody Price implemented Adobe Commerce (ex Magento) as its eCommerce platform to resolve siloed Magento and Epicor P21 workflows that required manual data transfer. Moody Price is a Baton Rouge based distributor of instrumentation, filtration, measurement and control products with national distribution and on-site inventory trailer capabilities, and the implementation targeted eCommerce order, product and inventory continuity across the business.
DCKAP Integrator led a migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2 Community edition and configured Adobe Commerce (ex Magento) with a responsive storefront and centralized commerce workflows. Functional capabilities provisioned included customer synchronization, product synchronization, inventory synchronization, order status synchronization, offline orders synchronization from Epicor P21 to Adobe Commerce and online orders synchronization from Adobe Commerce to Epicor P21, along with dynamic pricing and personalized quote acceptance workflows and customer tax document upload for exemption handling.
The implementation integrated Adobe Commerce (ex Magento) with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP using DCKAP Integrator mapping and scheduled synchronization calls to keep master data aligned. A DCKAP PIM was introduced to manage large product catalogs, category structures, bulk edits, multi-language attributes and one-click import and export of product data, creating a single product information source to feed both the storefront and ERP.
Governance and process changes centered on scheduled syncs for pricing and inventory, automated notifications on quote acceptance, and customer segmentation driven pricing rules. The integration eliminated the manual data transfer pain point between commerce and ERP and enabled consistent order tracking and product data across Moody Price eCommerce, ERP and inventory operations.
