Moss Adams positioned Oracle NetSuite ERP as an ERP Financial platform to support delivery of outsourced accounting services for fast growing clients in technology and life sciences, emphasizing cloud-based delivery and economics that favored BPO pricing.
Deployment emphasized a cloud native architecture using NetSuite OneWorld capabilities to manage multientity, multi currency and global tax requirements, supporting 190 currencies, 19 languages and automated tax compliance in more than 50 countries. Functional coverage included core ERP Financial workflows typical to the category such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, consolidated multientity accounting and real time financial reporting, configured to enable shared operational access between Moss Adams and its clients.
Operational scope centered on Moss Adams' Outsourced Accounting practice and client finance functions, with use cases for clients that are opening international operations and subsidiaries. The cloud delivery model reduced the need for incremental client side IT infrastructure and enabled collaborative, real time access to financial data, which facilitated continued service delivery and, when appropriate, handoff of the Oracle NetSuite ERP instance to the client.
Governance and service delivery were organized around the NetSuite BPO program, aligning pricing and operational processes to support longer engagements and margin objectives for Moss Adams.
