Governance and process changes centered on standardizing subcontractor onboarding, invoicing and approval workflows to drive greater transparency and accountability between Mother Dairy and its subcontractors. The implementation delivered reduced manual interventions and improved auditability, and Mother Dairy signaled continued collaboration with Ramco to evolve the Ramco ERP footprint over time.
