After two years Movenpick expanded GROW to include Skillsoft’s Technology and Developer and Business Skills content delivered via Percipio, extending the platform’s modular content provisioning beyond leadership. The rollout therefore covered leadership, technology, and business skills modules, and impacted L&D operations as well as local hotel management responsible for learner uptake and local communications. XpertLearning and Skillsoft retained implementation coordination roles while Movenpick operationalized a per-hotel administration model and assessment-to-learning-plan workflow.
