Integration architecture centered on Medius strong cloud connector to Infor M3, enabling bi-directional data flows between Medius AP Invoice Automation and Mowi’s M3 instances. The project was scoped as a global roll-out to support multiple M3 deployments, and the cloud connector was a decisive factor in vendor selection to ensure consistent connectivity and data synchronization across sites.
Governance for the program established centralized AP process ownership within group finance and defined consistent workflows and exception management practices to reduce variance across business units.
