Configuration work focused on standard Enterprise Asset Management capabilities such as asset master data, capitalization workflows, depreciation processing and asset reconciliations, with system level integrity checks and scheduled reports to support month end and year end close cycles. Operational support and tooling included the Avant ticketing mechanism for logging and tracking internal queries and the DAS reporting capability for custom report development and distribution. The Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Fixed Assets application was subject to formal testing of new functionality and enhancements, with deployment processes coordinated into the business while ongoing support activities included integrity checks, report runs and testing of releases. Governance and process work concentrated on documentation of system processes and functions, structured testing and promotion of changes, and user enablement through informal and desktop training. Support responsibilities extended to system testing for project implementations and routine operational support for Finance Systems Analysts managing JD Edwards 9.2 modules and Fixed Assets operational workflows.
