In 2019, MSCM Ltd. implemented Accruent Meridian Document Management with Pentagon Solutions to consolidate its engineering document repository. Accruent Meridian Document Management was configured as a Document Management solution to centralize more than 260,000 engineering documents and drawings across Engineering, Project Management, Production and Operations, improving document discoverability and change control for engineering and project delivery.
Configuration work focused on centralized CAD and drawing management, document indexing and metadata standardization, and formalized change control workflows. The implementation integrated Accruent Meridian Document Management with SolidWorks to maintain CAD linkages and version traceability, and governance was established to enforce engineering change processes during project delivery. The rollout centralized access and search across functional groups, and delivered approximately 93% faster search times and fewer duplicate drawings.
