In 2014, MSP Photography implemented MYOB ESS as an Employee Self Service solution for HR and payroll in Australia. Kilimanjaro Consulting led the engagement, deploying MyStaffInfo as the MYOB ESS employee portal together with MYOB Exo Employer Services for payroll processing.
Configuration emphasized timesheet collection, leave management, and payslip distribution, with MyStaffInfo capturing employee time and routing leave approvals into the payroll engine. Workflows and form capture were configured to reduce manual payroll data entry and to standardize onboarding information.
Operational coverage focused on MSP Photography's HR and payroll functions across its Australian operations, with centralized payroll input controls and employee access managed through MYOB ESS. The implementation integrated the Employee Self Service front end with the Employer Services payroll engine to create a continuous payroll feed.
The project delivered large reductions in manual payroll entry and faster onboarding according to Kilimanjaro Consulting, and Kilimanjaro later assisted MSP Photography to migrate payroll to MYOB Advanced in 2024.
