Operational scope was limited to the Fürstenried branch in Munich, Germany, as a controlled pilot, with governance adjustments to support unmanned hours and automated circulation procedures. Business functions impacted included library access operations, front desk and circulation workflows, and patron services, with rollout planning focused on branch level process changes and staff schedule adaptations to sustain extended unmanned opening hours. The implementation increased availability and modernized in branch digital communications and self service workflows.
