COINS Global Legacy COINS HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Muir Homes implemented COINS HCM, a Core HR application provided by COINS Global. The initial deployment effort ran through November 2019 to March 2020 and focused on moving employee and HR-related data into the COINs ERP environment while establishing baseline process documentation and governance. COINS HCM was configured to support core HR functions including employee master data management and management information reporting, with MI dashboards produced and updated as part of the implementation. The project work included hands on data migration into the COINs ERP system, creation of detailed trackers for risks and issues, and development of step by step user guides and manuals to standardize operational use of COINS HCM. Operational coverage extended beyond HR to engage project management, senior directors, sales, customer care and construction teams to capture cross functional requirements and align role based access and reporting needs. The implementation team trained staff on COINs functionality and maintained liaison with PMs and business unit leads to refine requirement definitions and reporting outputs. Process governance and transformation activities emphasized As Is to To Be process mapping, acceptance level trackers for issues and risks, and ongoing MI instrumentation to support governance. Documentation, user manuals and targeted training sessions were established to embed COINS HCM into Muir Homes business workflows and to provide operational continuity for HR administration and cross functional reporting.
