COINS Global Legacy COINS CRM Construction CRM CRM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019 Mulberry Homes implemented COINS CRM as part of a broader COINS Global solution set, initiating a Construction CRM deployment to support house sales, customer care and site operations. The COINS CRM implementation was bundled with other COINS modules including Financials, Procurement, Subcontract Management, Construction, CVR, House Sales CRM, Customer Care and COINS Mobile to create a unified application footprint across the organisation. Configuration focused on core Construction CRM capabilities, with House Sales CRM and Customer Care configured for sales pipeline management and post‑sale case handling, Financials and Procurement configured for project costing and purchase control, and Subcontract Management and Construction configured for contract and site administration. COINS Mobile was enabled to extend field data capture and mobile case updates, while CVR and Financials provided the back office ledgers and cost visibility required for construction operations. Operational coverage included both Mulberry Homes and Mulberry Developments across Northamptonshire and the wider Midlands, with an initial implementation phase running as a small pilot of five concurrent users. The deployment expanded in a second phase to circa 26 concurrent users, 46 named users and 8 mobile users, extending the system across sales, customer service, finance, procurement and site teams. Rollout governance followed a phased expansion model, moving from a limited implementation to additional modules and broader user counts to support business growth. COINS CRM remained the central sales and customer engagement application within the COINS suite, aligning CRM workflows with procurement, subcontract and financial processes to standardise operational workflows and data flows across the business.
