Integration architecture included two way, high level e-commerce connectivity via the Intact Cliqx solution and mobile delivery and proof of delivery capabilities through the Intact Access mobile app with data syncing to and from Intact Xline. Intact Xline was described as a modern platform supported by Intact development teams, enabling real time data flow between branch POS, e-commerce channels, and mobile delivery processes while retaining centrally governed master data within the Distribution ERP.
