The deployment was executed for use by every employee, more than 6,000 staff, either from their work location or offsite, creating a single operational instance of PowerSchool BusinessPlus across the district. Operational scope encompassed district finance, HR and payroll functions, and extended employee access through Employee Online and Timecard Online for remote and onsite access. Governance was organized as a multi-year rollout with supported modules and centralized administration to manage user provisioning, role based access and ongoing support. The implementation restructured transactional workflows across finance, HR and payroll to operate through the Education ERP PowerSchool BusinessPlus and established district level ownership for ongoing configuration and support.
