In 2016, MVA implemented Zoho CRM Plus to centralize commercial workflows and customer engagement under a CRM,Sales Engagement platform. The implementation targeted a multi-currency, cloud and multi-platform deployment model that addressed MVA's regional operations across Argentina, Bolivia and Chile, and positioned Zoho CRM Plus as the system of record for sales and client coordination.
Cloud Solutions Latam acted as the systems integrator and led requirements gathering, configuration and rollout planning, using its experience to align the product to an advertising services operating model. Configuration focused on core CRM,Sales Engagement capabilities including contact and account management, lead and opportunity management, sales automation, multi-currency billing support and engagement tracking, with standard reporting and dashboarding to support commercial decision making.
Operational coverage included commercial and client services teams across MVA offices in Argentina and the wider regional remit in Bolivia and Chile, with deployment oriented to cross-office data centralization and multi-platform access for field and office users. Governance work emphasized process alignment and adoption, with Cloud Solutions Latam supporting user onboarding, workflow standardization and initial configuration governance to sustain consistent sales and operations processes.
The project delivered rapid adoption of Zoho CRM Plus and enabled MVA to centralize business operations and coordinate company activities more effectively, outcomes that MVA cited as giving the firm greater confidence to plan future growth. Zoho CRM Plus remains the named application supporting MVA's CRM,Sales Engagement needs.
