Governance work emphasized process alignment and adoption, with Cloud Solutions Latam supporting user onboarding, workflow standardization and initial configuration governance to sustain consistent sales and operations processes.
The project delivered rapid adoption of Zoho CRM Plus and enabled MVA to centralize business operations and coordinate company activities more effectively, outcomes that MVA cited as giving the firm greater confidence to plan future growth.
