Configuration emphasized recurring 1:1 cadences between managers and direct reports, standardized goal templates for role-level objectives, and centralized performance records to align individual work with corporate priorities.
The implementation operated as a centralized people platform used by Human Resources and line managers across departments rather than a point tool, extending to regular coaching and review cycles as part of day-to-day operations. Rollout included phased manager onboarding and the formalization of 1:1 meeting policies to institutionalize cadence and accountability in performance conversations.
MyCredit cites Ahundred as improving employee engagement and strengthening the sense of an integrated workforce, with employees working more consistently toward shared direction.
