Governance and process changes included enforcing approval workflows through system calculated stamps and automated alerts to supervisors, eliminating the prior workflow as a mere formality. Explicit outcomes reported by Nagano Yanase AG include visualization of working hours, a 20% reduction in overtime, reduction of total man hours for attendance closing to one tenth of prior effort, and cost savings exceeding 10 million yen per year after the Amano Cyberx Xeed Employment Attendance Management implementation.
