Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Financial ERP Financial Management Novasoft Saudi Arabia 2020 2020
In 2020, Nama Arabia implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its ERP Financial platform to centralize finance and invoicing for its retail operations in Riyadh and across 45 plus stores, supporting roughly 400 employees. The deployment focused on core financial management and invoicing workflows, aligning the ERP Financial system with the company’s retail product lines including fashion, accessories, gadgets, and health and beauty. Novasoft Saudi Arabia implemented and integrated the Novasoft Saudi e-Invoicing ZATCA addon with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central to automate Saudi e-Invoicing compliance. The Novasoft e-Invoicing Add-On provided functional capabilities for electronic invoice generation, structured tax document formatting, validation against regulatory schemas, and direct connectivity to the ZATCA portal, improving invoice accuracy and reducing manual processing effort. Architecturally the solution links the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central instance, LS Central retail point of sale and back office processes, and the Novasoft addon as a compliance orchestration layer that transmits signed invoices to ZATCA. Novasoft Saudi Arabia acted as the systems integrator and deployment partner, configuring the addon and establishing the operational interfaces between Business Central, LS Central, and the ZATCA endpoint. Operational coverage included finance, billing, and retail operations across store and corporate channels, with governance implemented through automated compliance workflows and validation checkpoints embedded in invoice posting. Reported outcomes from the engagement included automated ZATCA compliance, improved invoicing accuracy, reduced manual effort, and enhanced reporting and scalability, enabling Nama Arabia to maintain regulatory adherence while focusing on customer experience improvements, as noted by IT Manager Muhammad Imran.
