ADP Legacy ADP Workforce Now Core HR HCM n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, NaphCare Inc implemented ADP Workforce Now as its Core HR platform. The deployment targeted a mixed corporate and field population, supporting a 160-person corporate office and approximately 850 field staff across the companys multistate operations, and was positioned to standardize HR processes for employee groups including sales and marketing, physicians, dentists, nurses, client-facing IT, and billing and claims. The ADP Workforce Now configuration focused on time and attendance tracking, benefits administration, centralized payroll processing, multi-state tax filings, and ACA management, with employee and manager self-service portals provisioned to decentralize routine HR tasks. Functional modules implemented included payroll engines, time collection and approval workflows, benefits enrollment and carrier interface points, and compliance reporting capabilities typical of Core HR deployments. ADP Workforce Now was co-deployed with Oracle and Taleo applicant tracking and onboarding systems, which had been implemented to systematize recruiting and centralize search and pipeline information. Operational coverage connected recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration workflows to support hiring and payroll continuity across states, and to provide a single employee record for HR operations. Governance and process changes were led by a four-person HR team that designed scalable controls and workflow standards, centralized recruiting processes, and tightened operational controls. The rollout included formalized recruiting pipelines, standardized time and attendance approvals, and manager self-service adoption to shift transactional work out of HR. Explicit outcomes stated by the customer included a reduction in annual operating costs by more than $2 million, reduction of hourly employee time-to-hire from two to eight weeks down to three to five days, reduction of higher-level hire cycles from two to three months down to two to three weeks, and a reduction in the operations recruiting team from three to two people. The ADP Workforce Now implementation delivered timely, multi-state payroll preparation and tax filings, improved benefits administration, and capabilities to manage ACA requirements.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Legacy Amazon EC2 Application Hosting and Computing Services IaaS n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, NaphCare Inc implemented Amazon EC2 as part of its Application Hosting and Computing Services footprint to host its public website and associated web application compute. The deployment of Amazon EC2 on the NaphCare website indicates core compute responsibilities were moved to AWS virtual server instances, positioning Amazon EC2 as the primary application hosting layer for web delivery and runtime processes. The implementation centers on Amazon EC2 virtual server provisioning and lifecycle management, consistent with Application Hosting and Computing Services patterns. This includes instance sizing and image-based provisioning, network segmentation and security group controls, and compute capacity configuration for web workloads, aligning platform configuration with standard compute orchestration and operational provisioning practices. Operational coverage is focused on web operations and infrastructure teams responsible for ongoing instance management, patching, and access control within the AWS environment. Governance and operational tooling are expected to follow AWS account level controls such as identity and access management and monitoring for compute resources, ensuring Amazon EC2 instances serve as the scalable compute layer for NaphCare Inc website hosting.
