In 2019, Nataïs Popcorn implemented SAP Cloud Platform Blockchain Service as a Blockchain Platform to provide end-to-end traceability from farmer to consumer. The initiative was run in collaboration with SAP Co-Innovation Lab and SAP partner STMS, targeting provenance visibility for Europe’s largest popcorn producer which sells globally under private labels and its Maison popcorn brand.
The deployment used Hyperledger Fabric blockchain technology to instantiate a permissioned network that records provenance events. Core functional capabilities implemented include capture and storage of corn quality, variety, weight delivery and original field, combined with QR code driven read and write operations that link physical lots to on-chain records. SAP Cloud Platform Blockchain Service was configured to support these provenance workflows and to surface record retrieval through QR code queries.
Integrations emphasized operational touchpoint alignment rather than named backend systems, the common QR code acts as a single identifier used by farmers, transporters and consumers to both add information about a corn delivery and access the related provenance data. The same QR code model was applied across all branding channels so consumers of private label products and Maison popcorn retrieve the same traceability data. The network stitches farm-level inputs through transport updates to consumer-facing access points.
Governance and process changes focused on standardizing data capture and onboarding for farmers and transporters, with STMS and SAP Co-Innovation Lab coordinating network rules and participant access. The stated outcome of the SAP Cloud Platform Blockchain Service implementation was a more efficient and transparent supply chain enabled by blockchain traceability and consumer access via QR codes.

In 2017, Natais Popcorn deployed Microsoft 365 for Collaboration across its organization. Natais Popcorn Microsoft 365 Collaboration was implemented to support core communications and document workflows for the France-based consumer packaged goods company with approximately 130 employees.
The implementation centers on Microsoft 365 capabilities commonly used in Collaboration scenarios, including Exchange Online for corporate email, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for document storage and co-authoring, and Microsoft Teams for real-time messaging and meetings. Configuration work focused on tenant-level administration, mailbox routing and site structure to align collaboration spaces with departmental needs.
The companys public website references Microsoft 365 assets in its HTML source, indicating that Microsoft 365 resources are surfaced externally for functions such as public-facing contact points and document links. This presence on the website suggests integration touchpoints between the corporate collaboration environment and external communications channels.
Operational governance is structured around a centralized Microsoft 365 tenant with identity and access controls managed through Azure Active Directory and role-based administration to support sales, marketing, operations and finance business functions. Rollout and configuration were organized to provide a unified Collaboration platform across the organization.

In 2019 Natais Popcorn implemented Pathwire MailJet to manage website-driven Transactional Email, embedding the Pathwire MailJet service into its online customer experience for order and account communications. The deployment focused on delivering site-initiated messages from https://www.popcorn.fr, positioning Pathwire MailJet as the transactional messaging engine for the company website.
The implementation leveraged standard Transactional Email capabilities, including SMTP relay and REST API delivery, a template editor for consistent order confirmations and account notifications, and event webhook feeds for delivery and bounce events. Configuration work emphasized template versioning and dynamic content substitution to support transactional workflows such as order confirmations, password resets, and signup confirmations.
Operationally the Pathwire MailJet installation is managed as part of e-commerce and customer operations, with centralized template governance and suppression list controls to support consent and deliverability.
