Operational scope covered bank-wide use across Jamaica, routing alerts into internal workflows and customer message channels to centralize monitoring and response. Governance work focused on embedding alert handling into exception management processes and operational controls, establishing workflows for escalation and investigation. The bank reported the deployment supported improved operational control and compliance by formalizing transaction monitoring and customer notification processes.
