The application served as the system of record for travel and expense transactions processed by executive assistants and HR staff, linking travel itineraries to expense submissions and vendor invoice processing within existing departmental processes.
Governance included role-based access for executive assistants and HR administrators, established approval routing for expense and travel requests, and procedures for onboarding and off-boarding users who required travel and expense privileges. The implementation centered on embedding SAP Concur Travel into HR and finance operational workflows, enabling standardized Travel Management procedures for corporate and executive travel.
