In 2025 National Home Security implemented Deluxe Marketing Suite, a Marketing Automation application, to operationalize data-driven new mover targeting and support direct mail campaign orchestration. The initial deployment emphasized weekly lead delivery and campaign orchestration within the Deluxe Marketing Suite to enable consistent outreach across prioritized geographic areas. Deluxe designed a pilot program that delivered fresh new mover leads on a weekly cadence from three high value segments, homes listed for sale, homes under contract, and recently moved in households. The vendor applied a proprietary distance model as a scoring layer to prioritize households most likely to respond, embedding that model into the lead selection and sequencing used by the Marketing Automation workflows. Operational scope centered on the national brand marketing organization and direct mail fulfillment teams, with weekly lead feeds provided to the brand for execution. Governance was run as a pilot with iterative refinement of selection criteria and cadence, and the program produced a big lift in response rates while improving overall campaign performance as the brand scaled the use of Deluxe Marketing Suite for mover driven demand generation.
