Nationwide Medical deployed Brightree Patient Collections, including billing/collections, Patient Portal, AutoPAY and IVR payment, to automate patient-facing payment channels and instrument collections workflows. The implementation restructured revenue-cycle workflows so billing and revenue-cycle teams could reallocate effort to priority work, and Brightree reports reduced call volume and an improved patient payment experience as outcomes of the rollout.
