The implementation included designing Fast Formulas to enforce CWB eligibility criteria and align business rules with compensation processes. Work spanned Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules including HR, Self Service HR, Oracle Time and Labor OTL, and CWB as part of the HR upgrade track to Release 12.1.3.
The consultant was responsible for all upgrade tasks from 11.5.9 to 12.1.3 in the HR track, resolving HR issues introduced by the R12 upgrade and ensuring continuity of core human resources workflows. Testing activities were comprehensive, the consultant executed and led testing of all RICE components and associated test scripts to validate functional behavior across compensation and self service flows.
System governance and operational documentation were updated to reflect configuration and upgrade changes, documentation artifacts included TE40's, MD50's and BR100's. Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS configuration baselines and scripted test plans were used to formalize post upgrade controls for HR, SSHR, OTL and CWB processes.
