In 2021, Nawb partnered with FutureFit AI to launch the Workforce Compass career navigation and learning platform built on the FutureFit AI Pathways Platform. The public rollout occurred in July 2021 and was scoped to support local workforce development boards across participating regions in the United States, positioning the initiative as a national workforce assistance program.
As a Workforce Management application, the FutureFit AI Pathways Platform was configured to deliver AI powered career exploration, personalized learning pathways, reskilling workflows, and job placement capabilities. Implementation emphasized the Pathways Platform modules for career navigation and labor exchange, with configuration of skills taxonomies, learning pathway sequencing, and AI driven job matching to support case management and participant career planning.
Operational delivery was organized around central provisioning by Nawb to participating boards, with governance processes established for content curation, user onboarding, and regional data stewardship. Rollout and operational support focused on workforce development staff, program case managers, and local board administrators to embed the FutureFit AI Pathways Platform into existing workforce services and referral workflows.
