TechnologyOne Legacy TechnologyOne ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Neami National deployed TechnologyOne ERP as its ERP Financial solution. The TechnologyOne ERP implementation focused on centralizing financial management and management accounting for Neami National, an Australian non profit operating across multiple locations including Preston, Victoria. The deployment implemented core modules for management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and reporting. Teams built budgeting and forecasting modules within TechnologyOne ERP to support an annual budget process, rolling three way forecast modelling, and a library of tender and business modelling templates, while financial users prepared monthly management accounts and narrative commentary from within the system. Operational management included ERP administration and suite integration, with the ERP System Analyst role managing and integrating Technology One alongside OnBoard Express and EmpLive as part of the broader application landscape. The implementation supported Finance, HR, Payroll and Learning and Development workflows, applied automation to reduce manual data entry, and established monitoring and procedures to ensure the operational viability of the ERP systems. Governance and process changes were delivered through a project governance framework, documented project artifacts and a consistent reporting approach to support Executive and Board forecasting. The rollout included development of end user instructions and training, establishment of reporting standards for management and tender budgets, and ongoing system stewardship by embedded finance and ERP analytics staff.

Frontier Software TechnologyOne HR and Payroll Frontier Software iChris Core HR HCM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Neami National implemented Frontier Software iChris as its Core HR platform, replacing TechnologyOne HR and Payroll. The deployment consolidated enterprise HR and payroll functions for the Australia-based organization of roughly 1100 employees into a single HRIS instance to centralize employee master data and operational HR processes. The implementation work emphasized a complex data migration led by a Senior HRIS Systems Analyst, who executed extraction, mapping, and transformation of employee records from TechnologyOne HR and Payroll into Frontier Software iChris. Migration efforts focused on reconciling divergent employee data structures, establishing canonical employee identifiers, and populating Frontier Software iChris modules to support core HR operations and payroll interfacing. After go-live the Senior HRIS Systems Analyst transitioned to business as usual support, staged implementation of additional Frontier Software iChris modules, and managed significant reporting responsibilities using a data warehouse and SQL queries. Governance moved toward centralized HRIS ownership with defined data stewardship and reporting workflows to maintain data integrity within Frontier Software iChris and support HR operational teams.
