In 2014, Necco implemented Microsoft Azure Cloud Services to provide Application Hosting and Computing Services for its corporate website and public digital presence. The deployment centralized web hosting and cloud compute for the consumer packaged goods company’s external site.
Microsoft Azure Cloud Services was provisioned to deliver core application hosting capabilities including scalable compute instances, cloud storage, platform services for web applications, automated provisioning, load balancing, and monitoring. Configuration emphasized web hosting, TLS certificate management, content caching and infrastructure automation to support repeatable deployments and runtime stability.
