Epicor Legacy Epicor Prophet 21 Distribution ERP ERP Services and Operations Triactive Media 2020 2020
In 2020 Nemic Industrial Supply implemented Epicor Prophet 21 as its Distribution ERP to support core distributor functions across the company. Triactive Media served as the implementation partner and led configuration and deployment activities for the project. The Epicor Prophet 21 implementation focused on standard distribution modules including inventory management, order management, purchasing, and financials, with configuration aligned to parts pricing and distributor fulfillment workflows. Epicor Prophet 21 was provisioned to manage inventory visibility, order orchestration, purchasing workflows, and accounting integration points typical for a Distribution ERP deployment. Triactive Media coordinated system configuration and cutover activities and integrated Epicor Prophet 21 with Nemic Industrial Supply operational processes, with rollout staged by functional area to limit operational disruption. The deployment covered sales order processing, procurement, warehouse operations, and finance teams, reflecting company-wide adoption appropriate for Nemic’s US-based operations and 20-person organizational scale. Governance was implemented through partner-led configuration reviews, role-based access control within Epicor Prophet 21, and process handoffs for order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows. Training and phased go-live sequencing were used to operationalize new workflows and establish support ownership between Nemic Industrial Supply and Triactive Media.
