In 2012, Neovia Logistics implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as a centralized ERP Financial backbone to consolidate core accounting and controlling processes across the organization. The deployment placed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 at the center of finance operations, connecting general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and controlling workflows to a single system of record for corporate finance management.
The technical architecture leveraged SAP NetWeaver application services with ABAP-based extensions and interface logic, complemented by middleware integration points reflected in the environment, including SAP PI and SAP XI and WebSphere messaging components such as WebSphere MQ. Custom ABAP development and NetWeaver configuration were used to adapt standard ECC 6.0 financial modules to Neovia Logistics business rules, while SAP EWM capabilities were integrated to align warehouse movement data with financial postings.
Functionally the implementation focused on SAP ERP ECC 6.0 financial modules consistent with ERP Financial use cases, including core FI and CO processes, period close orchestration, and transactional accounting workflows that feed downstream reporting. The system design emphasized ledger consistency and automated posting flows between operational systems and financial ledgers, using interface orchestration through the installed middleware layer.
Governance and operational ownership were structured between corporate IT and finance process owners, with internal IT responsible for ABAP transport management, NetWeaver administration and middleware operations, and finance owning master data and month end control processes. Change control, release management and ongoing SAP basis operations were executed in a centralized model to maintain financial control and system stability across Neovia Logistics sites.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Neovia Logistics implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as part of a broader SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management rollout. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, in the Compensation Management category, was provisioned to support global merit and bonus planning across Neovia's HR footprint that spans six continents, 25 countries and 97 customer locations for a 7,500 employee organization.
The implementation incorporated configuration and administration of adjacent SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Goals and Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Job Profiler and Position Management to align talent workflows and master HR data with compensation processes. Workstreams included design and configuration of merit and bonus planning capabilities, eligibility rules, compensation templates and talent profile alignment consistent with Compensation Management functional flows.
Architecturally the program used SAP SuccessFactors as the cloud HR platform with Dell Boomi administered as the cloud integration platform to orchestrate employee and talent data flows. Dell Boomi administration supported integration work across SuccessFactors and Neovia training systems such as Harvard Business Management and JJ Keller, enabling synchronization of learning and HR records with Employee Central master data.
Governance and delivery were managed by internal HRIS leads who served as Project Manager for Employee Central, Goals/Performance and Compensation implementations and as Team Lead for Recruiting, Onboarding, Job Profiler and Position Management. Contract management was handled with SuccessFactors and a named support vendor, Aasonn, provided implementation support and ongoing services, while operational ownership resided with centralized HRIS and regional HR teams for configuration, integration and release management.

| IBM | Legacy | IBM Maximo | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Neovia Logistics implemented IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform. IBM Maximo was used as the central ticketing process center and asset repository to support corporate IT operations and executive support functions, with the corporate support liaison and ITIL team driving configuration and day to day use.
The implementation emphasized asset lifecycle and inventory management capabilities within IBM Maximo, including work order and ticketing workflows, end of life tracking, hardware and software purchase control, and mobile device management processes for ordering, activation, recycling and inventory. Maximo tickets were used to structure new hire and termination provisioning workflows, hardware recovery, and to coordinate testing and image deployment activities for device imaging and configuration.
Operational coverage included company wide inventory management for onsite and offsite equipment, facility startup, transfer and takeover inventory accuracy control projects, and travel to sites for troubleshooting and training. The Maximo driven processes operated alongside and supported access to SAP, Active Directory, ShareFile, SharePoint and Citrix App Center, and operational work included basic network device assistance such as Cisco router and switch configuration as part of site readiness tasks.
Governance and process changes were driven by an internal ITIL team, with a designated quality assurance contact responsible for asset validation, documentation creation, and approval of new hardware and software to meet company standards. The rollout incorporated structured ticketing to maintain workload balance, formalized inventory databases for tracking, and iterative testing of device images prior to deployment, reflecting an operationalized Enterprise Asset Management practice using IBM Maximo.
