Concentrix concurrently partnered with Nespresso ANZ to deploy B2C and B2B chatbots and AI driven employee tools to optimize customer experience and advisor productivity across Australia and New Zealand, these chatbot deployments are tied to Concentrix’s iX product suite. Concentrix reported chat CSAT consistently in the 86 to 95 percent range, greater than 50 percent reduction in time spent searching for knowledge content, and material advisor productivity gains, outcomes that ran in parallel to the Connecteam EHS deployment but are not presented as integrated systems. Governance for Connecteam Health and Safety centered on phased site rollouts, establishing regional safety champions, and embedding new incident to corrective action workflows into existing operational processes. Training for store managers and frontline technicians focused on mobile incident capture and audit use cases, while centralized dashboards were provisioned to deliver consolidated EHS visibility for ANZ safety and compliance teams.
