The implementation consolidated explicit functional capabilities including payments to suppliers, taxes and payroll interfacing, bank control, upload and reconciliation of bank statements, currency management, and forecast control with analysis of company cash flow. Rydoo Expense (ex Xpenditure) was configured to support approval workflows and automated statement reconciliation consistent with Expense Management practices, while maintaining multi-currency controls and cash-flow visibility.
Operationally the program integrated with Netquest tooling listed by the customer, including Open ERP and Odoo for accounting and ERP data exchange, Power BI for reporting and analysis, and productivity tools such as Jira and Confluence for change and rollout tracking, together with Excel and Word for ad hoc exports and documentation.
