This was a justice and court administration deployment in the United States executed under a statewide contract with vendor Avenu Insights & Analytics, centralizing jury management across judicial districts and trial courts. The implementation emphasized a single centralized jury database to unify records and drive consistent operational procedures across county and district court sites. Governance changes established centralized data stewardship and standardized jury workflow rules to support automated summons and payment processes. The project enabled faster and more accurate operations through centralized data and automated workflows, improving the consistency of jury administration across New Mexico’s courts.
