Avenu Insights & Analytics Legacy Avenu Jury Legal Practice Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2022
In 2021, New Mexico Courts deployed Avenu Jury as a statewide jury management application under the Legal Practice Management category to support court administration and juror operations. The Avenu Jury implementation centralized jury data across 13 judicial districts, 33 counties, and 76 trial courts, automating summons, qualification screening, check-in, and juror payment calculations into a single source of record. The deployment configured Avenu Jury modules for summons automation, juror qualification workflows, courtroom check-in processing, and automated juror payment calculations. Configuration work focused on standardizing business rules for summons eligibility and payment computation, and on instrumenting automated workflows to reduce manual touchpoints in juror processing. This was a justice and court administration deployment in the United States executed under a statewide contract with vendor Avenu Insights & Analytics, centralizing jury management across judicial districts and trial courts. The implementation emphasized a single centralized jury database to unify records and drive consistent operational procedures across county and district court sites. Governance changes established centralized data stewardship and standardized jury workflow rules to support automated summons and payment processes. The project enabled faster and more accurate operations through centralized data and automated workflows, improving the consistency of jury administration across New Mexico’s courts.
