The implementation covered core modules including eTime timekeeping, Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service with configured workflow routing, plus time management capabilities such as pay rules, schedule groups, security profiles, labor levels and accrual profiles. Configuration work included technical setup, attendance rule definition, automated alerts, reporting and audit configuration, and ongoing maintenance of timekeeping functionality within UKG Workforce Central.
Technical architecture and integration work spanned platform deployments on SQL, Oracle and AS400, upgrade and provisioning of Kronos 4500 time clocks, and production analysis of Device Manager for time collection. Integration engineering used WIM version 6.0 and 8.0 as the Workforce Central integration tool to support inbound employee data feeds and outbound payroll hours and wage exports, and the team performed interface redesigns plus new interface development and implementation.
Operational ownership extended to reporting, auditing, security administration and problem resolution, with technical configuration, interface and reporting tasks executed using SQL and Kronos tooling. Maintenance and production support activities included monitoring and adjusting pay rules, accruals, wage profiles, Device Manager behavior and WIM interfaces, and configuring new functionality in UKG Workforce Central to meet changing business needs.
