| Infor | Sage 50 | Infor SunSystems | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, NewDay implemented Infor SunSystems as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment replaced Sage 50 and centralized core finance processes within NewDay's corporate finance organization, bringing month end close and accounting control for servicing, IT and premises costs together for approximately £100m per annum of managed costs.
Infor SunSystems was configured to support general ledger processing, accounts payable workflows, purchase ledger controls, cost allocation routines and a maintained fixed asset register. The Infor SunSystems configuration emphasized month end close sequencing, standardized balance sheet reconciliations and structured management reporting to underpin preparation of monthly management accounts and performance analysis.
The implementation connected to NewDay's Purchase Ledger system workflows to enforce Finance Verification control for Servicing, IT and Premises spend, and it established data flows between Operations, Commercial Finance and central Finance teams. Operational coverage included Finance and Operations stakeholders based in the United Kingdom, with close collaboration on allocation of costs across portfolios and on maintaining the fixed asset register.
Governance changes accompanied the technical deployment, with clear month end ownership assigned, formal balance sheet reconciliation processes, and controls embedded in the purchase ledger approval workflow. The system supports delivery of timely monthly cost reports and insightful variance analysis to Commercial Finance, and it is used as the primary system for financial accounting and reporting within the scope described.

In 2017, NewDay implemented PageUp ATS as their Applicant Tracking System. PageUp ATS is deployed on NewDay’s public careers site and is the primary channel for candidate intake, using the hosted application form at secure.dc3.pageuppeople.com to capture applicant data and application submissions.
The implementation centers on standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job posting and requisition management, configurable hiring stages and screening rules, online candidate application forms, candidate status tracking, and candidate communication workflows. PageUp ATS is configured to manage application workflows and shortlist pipelines, and it provides reporting and administrative controls typical of enterprise recruiting systems.
Operational ownership is within Talent Acquisition and HR for NewDay’s United Kingdom operations, with the system embedded into the external recruitment touchpoint on the website and used by hiring managers for review and interview scheduling. Governance is structured around centralized hiring workflow configuration and role based access for recruiters and hiring managers, with the PageUp ATS serving as the canonical source for applicant records captured through NewDay’s careers site.

| Legacy | Google TensorFlow | ML and Data Science Platforms | AI Development | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 NewDay deployed Google TensorFlow as part of its ML and Data Science Platforms portfolio. The initiative centralized machine learning capability within the Intelligent Automation and Quality Assurance function, extending model development and inference into testing, chatbot and voice automation use cases. Google TensorFlow was positioned as the focal ML engine supporting enterprise automation efforts across testing and process automation workflows.
Implementation workstreams focused on model training, data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation and production inference pipelines typical of ML and Data Science Platforms. Google TensorFlow was applied for deep learning and neural network development, with configuration to support model lifecycle activities including versioning, validation testing and staged deployment into automation channels. The platform implementation emphasized integration with automated testing practices to embed ML model validation into QA pipelines.
Integrations noted in the program included Azure Services and Microsoft Cognitive Services for cloud compute and cognitive APIs, LivePerson for conversational channel connectivity and Blue Prism for robotic process automation orchestration. These integrations enabled operational coverage across the Testing and Quality Assurance organization and the broader Intelligent Automation practice, linking ML models to chatbots, voice automation and RPA workflows. The deployment thus connected Google TensorFlow to existing automation and cognitive tooling used by NewDay.
Governance and rollout were organized around product ownership and end to end lifecycle responsibility inside the Intelligent Automation practice, with a defined strategy and roadmap for robotics process automation, intelligent process automation and analytics. Leadership drove technical teams to operationalize AI and ML tooling, reflecting the expansion from automated testing into enterprise automation. The program explicitly cites success in automated testing as creating the opportunity to broaden scope into enterprise automation under the Head of Intelligent Automation and Quality Assurance.
