Configuration work centered on accounts payable automations and controls, including invoice entry to approval workflows in COUPA and segregation of duties rules enforced both in COUPA and Oracle E-Business Suite. Payment processing configurations covered check disbursements, wire transfers, and ACH issuance through Bank of America CashPro and reconciliations across Oracle, Kyriba, and Integration Inc., with active monitoring of positive pay check fraud alerts on US BANK and Bank of America CashPro.
Operational governance included ownership of end-to-end purchase-to-pay requirements, weekly accounts payable aging review, month-end closing support, and compliance activities such as 1099-NEC and MISC filing and preparation of extension forms 8809 when needed. The finance organization maintained a combined onshore and offshore team of 14 analysts responsible for daily reconciliations, KPI tracking, and publishing department level monthly dashboards to provide executive visibility into invoice and payment volumes.
Controls and process changes were formalized to support audit and SOX requirements, with routines for validating invoice batches against general ledger coding and maintaining schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external auditors. The program also included integration of complex payment platforms with existing systems and ongoing operational monitoring to increase visibility and control over AP processing.

Operational governance was retained by the HR COE and recruiting teams in Hyderabad, who maintained daily candidate data and reporting in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, scheduled interviews via Microsoft Teams, and initiated HireRight checks for shortlisted candidates. Job postings were created through Oracle Cloud HCM and distributed via Broadbean to external boards including LinkedIn and Indeed, while HireRight served as the external screening service integrated into the ORC-driven hiring lifecycle.
