The Oracle Cloud ERP deployment emphasized configurable chart of accounts structures, automated journal orchestration and workflow-driven approval controls consistent with enterprise financial operations.
Boomi was used as the integration platform to orchestrate data flows between Oracle Cloud ERP and Nexity operational systems, handling inbound transactional feeds and outbound financial reporting extracts. The architecture established a cloud-first deployment for core finance while maintaining integration endpoints for existing enterprise systems through Boomi connectors and middleware orchestration.
Governance workstreams accompanied the technical rollout, standardizing accounting policies, centralizing month end and close workflows, and embedding role based approvals and audit trails inside Oracle Cloud ERP. The combined Oracle Cloud ERP and Boomi implementation powered a transformation of Nexitys finance division by centralizing financial processes and enabling standardized operational controls.
