In 2021, Nexity implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to modernize its finance organization, deploying an ERP Financial solution as the core platform for group accounting and transactional finance processes. The implementation positioned Oracle Cloud ERP as the centralized financial backbone, consolidating financial processing and reporting under a single cloud SaaS application.
Configuration focused on standard ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger consolidation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, cash management and financial close orchestration. The Oracle Cloud ERP deployment emphasized configurable chart of accounts structures, automated journal orchestration and workflow-driven approval controls consistent with enterprise financial operations.
Boomi was used as the integration platform to orchestrate data flows between Oracle Cloud ERP and Nexity operational systems, handling inbound transactional feeds and outbound financial reporting extracts. The architecture established a cloud-first deployment for core finance while maintaining integration endpoints for existing enterprise systems through Boomi connectors and middleware orchestration.
Governance workstreams accompanied the technical rollout, standardizing accounting policies, centralizing month end and close workflows, and embedding role based approvals and audit trails inside Oracle Cloud ERP. The combined Oracle Cloud ERP and Boomi implementation powered a transformation of Nexitys finance division by centralizing financial processes and enabling standardized operational controls.

Toucan Toco was configured using the People Analytics capabilities described on Toucan Toco’s solutions page, including interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and narrative data stories to surface headcount trends, turnover drivers, absenteeism patterns, and compensation and benefits distributions. The implementation created role specific dashboards for executives and HR, standardized HR metric definitions and data models, and established automated report distribution workflows and scheduled refresh cadence to maintain consistent reporting.
Operational scope focused on HR and executive reporting across Nexity in France, improving executive access to HR metrics and strengthening internal communication of HR policies.
