The Infor Lawson implementation covered core Financials and Supply Chain modules alongside HR and Payroll functionality, and included Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service capabilities. Implementation work incorporated Lawson components and add ons reported by the team, including RQS, MSCM, LBI, Smart Notification, Fax Integrator, Standard Register and BSI, with configuration focused on core ledger, accounts payable and receivable workflows, procurement processes and payroll interfaces. Operational integration placed Infor Lawson alongside a broad application estate supported by the same operations team, including Kronos, Taleo, ImageNow, Raiser s Edge, PaperSave, Cerner and pharmacy QS1. Explicit integrations and operational touch points included payroll and employee deduction flows into QS1 for pharmacy point of sale and payroll reconciliation, and consolidation of reports and dashboards across systems to support finance and clinical operational reporting. Governance and run state were managed by an internal team of eight full time employees and one part time staffer, with the organization also coordinating large contractor engagement for related ERP work such as PeopleSoft. The program included taking over support for the MCH Foundation application set and implementing Lawson for the joint venture, with ongoing maintenance activity including Lawson service pack upgrades and cross application security and reporting consolidation efforts.
