The Cadexpress CPG & Food configuration delivered preconfigured business processes to enforce contracted shelf life rules, calculate requirements using use by dates, and manage strict technical data tied to chemicals style manufacturing and waste handling. Integrations and operational coverage included alignment with customer quality specifications and regulatory traceability such as GMO, additives, labeling, and health claims targeting both domestic and export channels. The program consolidated thirty in house applications into the SAP Cadexpress applications set, and the rollout included a benchmarking phase followed by live implementation and bespoke user training across departments. Governance was formalized through management audit dashboards and role aligned configuration tuned by the management audit unit, reinforcing master data governance and quality workflows. The implementation was described as positive with companywide adoption of SAP Cadexpress applications, and Nigay signaled plans to explore S 4HANA as a future step to modernize its production and shipping chain.
