The program was delivered jointly by NTT Data Biz Integral and Business Brain Showa-Ota, with the partners coordinating development, testing and cutover activities. Operational scope targeted group operations in Japan, centralizing HR and finance transactional flows to enable group consolidation. Governance followed a joint delivery model with a coordinated go-live in September 2020, and rollout activities emphasized streamlining group consolidation and HR/finance integration. The implementation explicitly consolidated group operations and aimed to improve management reporting by establishing NTT DATA Biz Integral Pro HR as the Core HR backbone for the organization.
