| Aptean | Legacy | Aptean Industrial Manufacturing OEE | Product Lifecycle Management | PLM and Engineering | n/a | 2012 | 2012 | In 2012, NordiQ Habo AB began implementing Aptean Industrial Manufacturing OEE as a Production Monitoring solution at its Habo factory in Sweden, with the initial connectivity work started in the summer of 2012. The project began by connecting the system in the background to the shop floor, collecting machine and process data and validating data flows, and the company moved to practical, operational use the following year. Aptean Industrial Manufacturing OEE, referenced in deployment as AXXOS OEE, was configured to deliver core OEE capabilities common to Production Monitoring deployments, including automated shop floor data acquisition, downtime and availability tracking, performance and quality measurement, and real-time dashboarding and shift reporting. The implementation emphasized continuous data capture and validation before user-facing roll out, aligning configuration to production shift patterns and machine groupings at the Habo plant. Operationally the implementation covered plant-level production, maintenance and quality teams at the Habo site within NordiQ Group’s two-plant Swedish footprint, and governance followed a phased rollout model of background connection, data validation and then practical use. Since the Habo factory adopted AXXOS OEE, NordiQ Habo AB has reported a number of productivity improvements resulting from the Production Monitoring deployment. |
